Abstrak

This empirical study examines how occupational safety and health influence the\r\noperational performance of loading and unloading personnel at PT New Priok\r\nContainer Terminal One (NPCT1), Tanjung Priok. Applying a quantitative causal-\r\nassociative design, data were gathered from 80 active workers selected via Slovin’s\r\nformula from a total population of 400 individuals and analyzed through multiple\r\nlinear regression. Descriptive findings indicate that safety, health, and worker\r\nperformance score within fairly good brackets.
